Our History

An interactive timeline visualising the complex history of our secluded Kent site.

The story of not only Fort Halstead but British Defence science and technology is a fascinating one; much of which cannot be told and may never be made public. What we aim to do at the Fort Halstead Trust is preserve and promote that work that we can. This timeline will grow as we uncover and reveal more defining events and where we have more information, we will share it.
